Manufacturing Engineering-Facility Control

Become a valuable member of a team dedicated to managing the lifecycle of Production Equipment and Facility Systems used for manufacturing innovative medical devices based on magnetic levitation technology. Your role will ensure that our products meet industry standards and align with our commitment to quality. You will collaborate with teams in Switzerland, the USA, and suppliers to contribute to our success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facility control processes, procedures, and system availability
  • Play a key role in the strategic insourcing project and support commissioning of new production lines in a cleanroom environment
  • Lead improvement initiatives and participate in departmental projects
  • Manage change in the Product Lifecycle System and provide training as needed
  • Maintain precise documentation of the equipment lifecycle
  • Develop and uphold quality management and maintenance procedures
  • Conduct Qualification and Validation of facility systems
  • Analyze and address deviations in collaboration with Quality Engineering
  • Support Audit activities and participate in CAPA's

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in English (C2 level) and German

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of medical device regulations
  • Experience in Maintenance of cleanrooms
  • Experience in Qualification and Validation
