In this exciting new opportunity, you will be responsible for building, developing, and managing an effective Drug Safety (DS) team in Switzerland for successful safety objective delivery.

Furthermore,

  • You will act as the locally responsible Drug Safety representative according to Swiss law.
  • Directly lead and manage the workload of the DS team, ensuring sufficient resources to meet demands and objectives.
  • Coordinate and supervise all Pharmacovigilance activities in Switzerland, including training.
  • Coach and develop individual team members to foster personal development and assure performance.
  • Manage product safety systems and processes to meet legal requirements and ensure inspection and audit readiness.

Qualifications
Furthermore,

  • You have a university degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Medicine
  • You have indepth knowledge of pharmacovigilance systems and regulatory government guidelines
  • Fluency in English and German as well as understanding of written French is required
  • A strong serviceoriented approach, combined with a genuine understanding of the local market and business dynamics
  • Impressive Scientific and IT Skills
