**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Leitung des Bereichs Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik
- Verantwortung für die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von Innovationsprojekten
- Entwicklung neuer Sicherheitstechnikprodukte und -lösungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern, um effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des R&D-Teams
- Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und des Budgets

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Forschung und Entwicklung von Sicherheitstechnikprodukten
- Umfassendes technisches Know-how im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik und Kenntnisse der aktuellen Markttrends
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und im Innovationsmanagement
- Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Teamführungsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe analytische und strategische Denkweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
