**Aufgaben als Client Advisor**:
Der/die Client Advisor vertritt das Unternehmen bei den Kunden in den Boutiquen/Stores, ist Experte für den Verkauf von Luxusgütern und verantwortlich für die Zufriedenheit und Loyalität jedes Kunden. Er/Sie arbeitet, um die qualitativen und quantitativen Ziele zu erreichen, die in seiner/ihrer Abteilung und in der Filiale festgelegt wurden.
- er/sie stärkt Kundenbeziehungen und baut sie durch erstklassige Beratungen weiter aus.
- er/sie überzeugt durch individuelle CRM-Ziele, umfangreiche Produkt
- und Reparaturschulungen und glänzt in allen Kundeninteraktionen - von der Beratung über den Verkauf bis hin zu kleinen Reparaturen vor Ort.
- er/sie bleibt auch nach dem Verlassen des Ladens ein professioneller Ansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um den After-Sales.
- er/sie ist verantwortlich für eine erstklassige Abwicklung von Reklamationen, von der Entgegennahme über die Kommunikation mit dem zuständigen Team bis hin zur Rückgabe an unsere Kunden.

**Anforderungen als Client Advisor**:

- Erfahrung in der Luxusbranche gewünscht, dennoch sind auch Neueinsteiger willkommen.
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, idealerweise weitere Sprachkenntnisse.
- Das Kundenerlebnis ist Ihnen wichtig - Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für das Client-Telling.
