We are recruiting a key role as a driven Business Development Director for our growing business in Switzerland.

Readpeak is the fastest-growing programmatic marketing platform (DSP) for native advertising in northern Europe. With its headquarters in Helsinki and offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Berlin, Munich, Amsterdam and London Readpeak is expanding its offering to Switzerland. We operate in 6 European markets with more than 3000 brands such as IKEA, BMW and Santander using Readpeaks DSP and trusted by agencies such as OMD, Dentsu, Kinesso. Readpeak's portfolio includes over 3000 premium news sites to offer a truly high-end and premium Native Advertising setup to our clients.

We are looking for an experienced and driven leader to boost our growing demand in the Swiss market. As a Business Development Director, you lead sales, growth, and client relationships in Switzerland. You track business opportunities, drive local marketing efforts, develop new strategic partnerships, and commit to our long-term objectives to meet our growth ambitions.

You will join a professional team specialized in programmatic native advertising that has built one of the most advanced native marketing platforms globally. We expect you to have a proven track record and experience of working in the AdTech/Media industry in Switzerland. You demonstrate strategic business thinking together with solid execution. You want to take your career to the next level. With these skills, you will be on top of the list:

  • Excellent leadership, management, and people skill
  • Solid track record in business development and strategy
  • A strong network and relationships with marketers, agencies, and publishers in the market
  • Solid 3-10 years experience in media buying or media sales
  • Experience in ad-tech or ad-platforms
  • Preferably you are located in Zurich
  • Fluent in English
