We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to become part of a commercial and international company team. In this position, you will be in charge of enforcing and overseeing HR processes throughout Switzerland, UK, and France. The perfect candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities in both French and English, a solid grasp of local employment legislation, and a proactive, innovative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee HR processes for the region:
    • Recruitment: Collaborate with managers and department heads for new employee recruitment.
    • Annual Salary Review Campaign: Compile and prepare data.
    • Bonus Campaign: Monitor and manage the yearly bonus campaign.
    • Performance Evaluation: Coordinate and monitor the yearly performance evaluation process.
    • People Review: Update the annual people review.
  • Act as the go-to HR reference for employees in the region:
    • Advice and Support: Offer guidance to staff and managers on HR procedures, manager-employee relationships, individual concerns, and more.
    • Employee Relations: Address staff inquiries regarding HR issues such as payroll, leave, contracts, and professional growth.
    • Organizational Changes: Suggest and participate in organizational transformation projects, including crafting organizational charts.
  • Supervise staff administration:
    • Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle onboarding and offboarding processes adhering to internal standards.
    • Payroll Oversight: Supervise payroll activities in collaboration with our partners under HR Head guidance.
    • HR Assistants Management: Guide and supervise HR Assistants in administrative tasks (sick leave monitoring, legal compliance, liaising with various agencies, insurers, and institutions) and HRIS-related issues.
  • Manage HR budget data (under HR Head supervision):
    • Payroll Budget: Manage the organization's payroll budget.
    • HR Provisions: Administer HR-related financial provisions.
    • Auditor Engagement: Prepare and provide necessary data for auditors.
    • Budget Queries: Address and respond to budget-related inquiries.
  • Contribute to HR growth and lead HR initiatives:
    • Identify, create, and implement HR development schemes.
    • Oversee cross-functional HR ventures to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Engage in internal communication:
    • Newsletter Editorial Committee: Participate in editing the internal newsletter.
    • Communication Tools: Formulate and disseminate internal communication tools like organization charts, directories, and memos.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Deep understanding of Swiss and French labor laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication skills in French and English.
  • Capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
