Job description

You coordinate the ongoing revision process, monitor the project and its finances: Optimise and manage the daily workflows, keep all contributors motivated, aligned and progressing efficiently, and ensure that the objectives are achieved in cooperation with the project lead. You organize key events: Plan and carry out key project events such as meetings and workshops that are critical to project success and stakeholder engagement. You ensure effective communication and facilitate networking: Act as the main communicator for the project, disseminate key information to all relevant stakeholders, build and maintain relationships.

Profile

Higher education degree in a relevant discipline (natural sciences, engineering, business administration, communication) with a basic understanding of environmental and/or agricultural sciences. Project management expertise with a track record of completed projects, ideally in the context of higher education. Experience with curriculum development and program coordination that demonstrates an understanding of educational project management needs and best practices. Excellent communication skills in German and English in a variety of formats and environments, ability to build bridges between different groups and to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and involved. Strong networking skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships, foster partnerships, and engage with diverse groups. Highly organized and capable of working independently , consistently maintaining the highest standards in your work.
