As a IS Security Coordination Portfolio Manager, needs to lead and oversee the effective coordination of the organization's information security portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives, and delivering secure, reliable, and high-quality services to stakeholders.

By continuously monitoring and improving processes, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, and leveraging technology and best practices, the IS Security Coordination Portfolio Manager will drive the achievement of optimal security outcomes and deliver sustained value to the organization.

The IS Security Coordination Portfolio Manager manages the Information Security Services Coordination team focusing on a central and transparent services management:

one-stop-shop for efficient business decisions and a definitive source of the knowledge of processes related to security services with the focus on reducing time and efforts to deliver expected results (that includes knowledge management of key relations and oversight into services portfolio).

Your responsibilities

:

  • Scope: Cross Functional and Cross IS Services security coordination: driving and supporting an execution of cross tower and IS Infosec operational activities and initiatives by collaboration with the effectiveness measurement outcomes
  • Escalations tracking and management by handling and resolving issues or problems that require additional attention or resources. It involves identifying, documenting, and addressing issues that arise within a system or process, and taking steps to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. Working closely with Portfolio & Program Management on planning strategic response actions that require project treatment and/or Roadmap adjustment
  • InfoSec x Business Areas improvements management identification and tracking of operational performance issues that cause deviation in performance and require Business and Management attention
  • Developing and implementing performance management systems for IS InfoSec services, including setting targets and measuring performance against those targets
  • Coordinating with IS InfoSec teams to ensure that security protocols and procedures are being followed and that any incidents are handled effectively
  • Managing relationships with external security service providers and ensuring that their services are aligned with the organization's needs
  • Identifying areas for improvement in IS InfoSec service delivery and developing plans to address them
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing security trends and risks and updating security protocols as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to security via the Operational Compliance Service
  • Contribute and participate in the incident management and crisis management planning and exercises
  • Portfolio Execution: Is responsible for the oversight and continuous monitoring of deliverables throughout the life cycle of the program(s) and the portfolio by close relation with the Portfolio & Program Management function and they impact on Security Services
  • Coordinates, between various programs and services in order to ensure that things stay on track and that the organization is meeting its overarching strategic initiatives, including business requirements and escalations monitoring
  • Has an impact on coordination and prioritizing on program tasks, managing timelines, maintaining program plans, and communication of status to key stakeholders, by being consulted
  • Strategy: Contributes to strategy or develops and communicates plans to drive forward the strategy
  • Contributes to and communicates plans to drive forward the strategy
  • Develop and communicate status updates along with strategic changes
  • Contributes to the improvement of policies, standards, and processes
  • Stakeholder Management: Serves as the key contact for the program and portfolio stakeholders, and as escalation point for project/program/portfolio issues
  • Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support, while managing expectations and relationships and making sure the stakeholders are satisfied with the program outcomes
  • Standards, Governance and IS Compliance: Ensures compliance with our internal controls framework and procedures
  • Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS
