Job Title: Scientific Expert at CSL Behring
Do you enjoy working in a dynamic team and thrive in the field of Sterile Filling? If so, we have the ideal opportunity for you
- You will work in the Sterile Filtration, Filling Line II/V, and Pastbad area, supporting the department head and their team leaders. You can expect a diverse range of tasks and ongoing opportunities for personal development.
- Supporting operational tasks within the department
- Leading and implementing projects to continuously improve processes
- Assisting in deviation investigations and quality management actions
- Developing or updating procedures and recipes in equipment control
- Supporting audits and regulatory inspections
- Collaborating closely with internal and external partners in Maintenance, Automation, Quality, and other interfaces
- Completed degree in a scientific or technical field (FH/University)
- Experience in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or food industries and GMP environments
- Independent work approach with a quick grasp of new topics
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain composed in hectic situations
- Proactive personality who questions existing processes and offers suggestions
- Team player with clear and open communication skills
- Proficient in German and English (written and spoken)
