We support expatriates and international companies with pre-hire orientation tours, home search assistance, school search, immigration and settling-in services. For our office in Vevey and Lausanne we are looking for a Corporate Housing and Departure Services Coordinator:

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong customer

  • Quick grasp of new concepts and a flair for numbers.
  • Legal real estate knowledge (leases, entrance inspection, exit inspection, insurance and claim handling)
  • Excellent command of French and very good English.

What you will do

  • Management of a pool of company flats and liaison with the owners and real estate agents
  • Communication with corporate clients, tenants, as well as subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Hotel and airport pick up booking
  • Providing active administrative support in the management of furnished flats
  • Providing departure services to expatriates employed by multinationals such as assistance with exit inspection, claim insurance, guarantee release
  • Coordination and organisation of preexit inspections, property visits, moveins and moveouts, cleaning, key management, etc.
  • Independent processing of customer enquiries
  • Assistance with invoice entry, control and accountancy
  • Management and maintenance of data systems
