The Role
The team you'll work with is smart, nimble, and fun.

You'll have full ownership of the brands you're working on and will be able make fast decisions in a highly collaborative environment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive local marketing and sales strategies to maximize sellthrough according to market demand in line with regional / global strategy
  • Define the Brand GotoMarket strategy (Inc. commercial plan and sales targets), across all channels, incl. virtual selling, monitors KPIs
  • Work with Regional Brand VP and Affiliate GM to set challenging yet attainable brand sales and profit goals for the brand
  • Conduct P&L analysis, Accountable for reaching the key brand rankings and market share objectives
  • Define virtual selling strategy and activities, in collaboration with other stakeholders (online, owned media, Commercial Team, live chatters )
  • Understand competitive landscape and trends in markets and competition, customers, categories, products, prices, and channels to identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement
  • Lead collaboration between brand team, commercial team and digital commerce and marketing team to deliver the brand strategy
  • Close collaboration with GM, Regional Brand VP and Supply Chain Leads
  • Lead and develop people: Drives employee's growth and development, providing leadership, guidance, and management

Qualifications What you bring**:

  • Proven history of successful leadership, both on business and people
  • Extensive expertise of the luxury cosmetic industry, specifically in the skincare segment
  • A professional background in the fields of Marketing, Digital and Finance
  • Strong sense of inclusion and diversity
  • Strategic thinker with proven success history of implementing these into business
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English on a full business proficiency, every other language is a strong advantage
