**Salesforce Coordinator - Romandie (Zurich based)**

Nous recherchons des talents qui veulent aller au-delà du quotidien habituel de la conseillère beauté. En tant que Salesforce Coordinator, tu bénéficies du meilleur des deux mondes : avec ce poste, tu ne dois pas renoncer à ton amour pour la vente au détail et tu peux quand même faire une première expérience dans le monde du bureau.

**Ce qui t'attend**
- Responsabilité de la planification mensuelle et ad hoc des interventions d'environ 130 collaborateurs en Suisse Romande, ainsi que de la planification des interventions des agences
- Planification ad hoc des interventions en cas de maladie ou d'autres absences de courte durée
- Création et envoi en temps voulu de plans de travail à toutes les équipes
- Collaboration quotidienne avec les deux District Managers de Suisse Romande et remplacement pendant leurs vacances ou leurs absences
- Assister l'équipe commerciale dans les tâches administratives quotidiennes
- Calculer et préparer les participations salariales des retailers
- Agir en tant que personne de contact pour les retailers en ce qui concerne la planification des engagements
- Valider le système de pointage et d'absences
- Expliquer aux nouveaux collaborateurs les frais, les déplacements, et les outils numériques de gestion des frais et de saisie des temps

**Qualifications** Ce que tu apportes**
- Expérience professionnelle dans le retail ou dans un poste similaire, ainsi que compréhension des défis quotidiens du retail business
- Niveau de langue maternelle en français, ainsi que bon niveau d'anglais ou d'allemand à l'écrit et à l'oral (B2)
- Grande autonomie et capacité d'organisation
- Bonnes connaissances en IT - travailler avec l'ordinateur devrait être facile pour toi
- Affinité pour les données et les analyses, bonne maîtrise d'Excel
- Plaisir à établir des contacts directs et des relations avec nos collaborateurs
- Pensée en réseau et capacité à établir des priorités
- Disposition à être présent 3 jours par semaine au bureau de Zurich
