We are currently looking for a Field Force Quality Professional (100%) to join our retail marketing team on a full-time basis.


At Samsung Electronics in Switzerland, we rely on merchandisers and promoters to maintain retail point of sales. The Field Force Quality Professional plays a crucial role in overseeing these functions, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and implementing enhancements in store segmentation and retail reporting. Collaboration with various departments is essential to streamline processes, analyze data, and execute improvement strategies based on insights.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Defining and refining store segmentation for all product categories
  • Managing Field force operations and intelligence systems, including retail dashboard/reporting, mystery shopping, and quality checks
  • Establishing and monitoring Field Force KPIs for product knowledge, store visits, maintenance/VOC, and sales performance
  • Coordinating with external agencies for supervision, coaching, and strategic planning
  • Setting goals, assessing promoters, and enhancing performance strategies
  • Leading Field force meetings, briefings, and sharing best practices
  • Overseeing project management tasks such as budgeting, planning, and documentation
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance data quality, conduct analysis, and drive action plans from insights
  • Optimizing processes and enhancing Field Force efficiency
  • Continuous market monitoring and strategy adjustments
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards
  • Conducting retail meetings up to senior management level
Your profile should include:
  • A degree in business administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and database management
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Fluency in German and English, French proficiency is a bonus
  • Hands-on approach, analytical mindset, and strong numerical skills
  • Professional demeanor, effective communication, and meticulous work ethic
  • Team player with a dedicated and resilient attitude
