Joining Product & Operations IT


Within IT, the IT Product and Operations team is an experienced, forward-thinking & expert team composed of multiple sub streams.

The main purpose of the team is to lead the digital strategy and transformation of Operations and Products functions through effective business partnering and conceptualizing, delivering and supporting pioneering and secure IT technologies across the end-to-end value chain.

Your 'day to day'


As a groundbreaking delivery leader, you will be accountable to lead a global team located in 35 sites worldwide to support current production from an IT perspective.

In parallel, you and your team will be accountable to define, deliver and coordinate a strategic capacity expansion initiative worldwide.

As such, you and your team will be accountable to deliver, deploy, configure, test and run digital solutions required to expand, enhance and optimize PMI's production capacity and capabilities.


You will partner closely with key team members from PMI business functions including Manufacturing, Engineering Solutions, and People and Culture.

You will also partner closely across IT cross-functional teams including Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Analytics and Data.

As such, it is important to have aa working knowledge of each of the cross-functional IT areas and understand how to best partner with each cross-functional group on behalf of Manufacturing and Operations.

The goal of these partnerships is to create and deploy a new operating model worldwide, establishing a seamless global to local organization.

Who we're looking for

  • Demonstrable track record as a successful transformational leader including excellence in customer management
  • Proven track record of building, redefining and leading large and diverse global teams of 60+ more resources. Ability to identify and cultivate leaders on your team who are critical to your success.
  • Overall IT experience of 20 years including:
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in solution delivery or similar roles
  • 5+ experience leading global IT delivery teams across dispersed
locations\proven experience in an industrial segment such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics

  • Master of Science or Bachelor degree or have equivalent work experience within relevant area (Computer Science or related field)
  • Must have knowledge of manufacturing and plant floor systems and processes.
  • Must have successful track record of handling multiple external vendors and contractors
  • Must have successful track record in providing service excellence to end users
  • Must have experience in Program Management and Agile working methods
  • Must have experience in financial management of complex portfolio including CAPEX, OPEX and ongoing run & support
