SmartLiberty entwickelt, installiert und unterstützt digitale Lösungen für die Welt der Langzeitpflege. Wir nutzen Hi-Tech, um Senioren und Pflegepersonal zu unterstützen. Dazu gehören Funksysteme, RFID, WLAN, IP-Telefonie, Smartphone Apps, Alarmserver, etc. All diese Technologien müssen bei unseren EMS-Kunden in der Schweiz und Europa rund um die Uhr zuverlässig funktionieren.

Um unser Team zu vervollständigen, suchen wir einen zweisprachigen Supporttechniker (Französisch/Schweizerdeutsch). Sie erbringen Supportleistungen und sind auch an der Realisierung von technischen Installationen bei unseren Kunden beteiligt.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Beantwortung der technischen Anfragen unserer Kunden (per Telefon, E-mail oder persönlich vor Ort)
- Zuständig für der 1st und 2nd Level Support (in Büro oder bei unseren Kunden in der ganzen Schweiz)
- Durchführung präventiver Wartungsarbeiten bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
- Teilnahme an der Montage, Konfiguration und Reparatur von Geräten
- Unterstützung des Projektteams bei Bedarf
- Teilnahme am 24/7 Pikettdienst

**Ihr Profil**:

- Ausbildung EFZ Telematiker, Automatiker, Informatiker oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Langue maternelle suisse-allemande avec des connaissances de base en français ou de langue maternelle française et être capable de travailler en suisse-allemand.
- Vous possédez un permis de conduire (cat. B) (véhicule d'entreprise à disposition)
- Affinität und Neugierde für neue Technologien
- Fähigkeit zur Anpassung an verschiedene Arten von Gesprächspartnern
