Receptionist (50%)

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Providing an excellent customer experience by meeting and greeting all visitors and clients
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls, taking accurate, clear telephone messages and redirecting to the relevant person in a timely fashion
  • Ensuring that the Reception area is clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensuring the meeting rooms are cleared promptly after use and clientready
  • Managing and distributing deliveries and post, coordinating shipments with couriers
  • Supporting internal staff with the organisation of inhouse meetings, ensuring catering and presentational requirements are arranged and provided, including making and setting up coffee/teas, setting up lunches etc.
  • Ensuring the client kitchen facility is kept clean and tidy
Ideally, you have experience working in a similar role, preferably within an international environment.

Your willingness to help and ability to stay positive under pressure is paramount to the role of the Receptionist, as is your ease with making connections and communicating effectively.

Fluency in German and English.
