Wir sind eine mittelgrosse Anwaltskanzlei mit Spezialgebiet Immaterialgüterrecht. Entsprechend vereint BRAUNPAT unter ihrem Dach Patent-, Design- und Markenanwälte sowie die ganze Infrastruktur um weltweit Patente, Marken, Designs und Urheberrechte (Copyright) anzumelden und zu verteidigen. BRAUNPAT verfügt über ein globales Netz an Kontakten, die es ermöglichen, auch in entfernten Ländern den Mandanten zu ihrem Recht zu verhelfen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Patentteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine selbständige und engagierte Person als Sachbearbeiter:in Patente 60%-100%

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung von unseren Patentspezialisten in diversen Belangen
  • Umfassende Administrations- und Sekretariatsarbeiten im Bereich Patentschutz
  • Zuständig für die gesamte Rechnungstellung im Bereich Patentschutz
  • Erledigung der täglichen Post
  • Telefondienst
  • Empfangen von Klienten
  • Aushilfe und Stellvertretung in der Markenabteilung
Qualifikation
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift zwingend
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • genaue, selbständige und konzentrierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du bringst Teamgeist und Kollegialität mit
