AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:

Als Shift Leader bist du das Gesicht unseres Restaurants und verantwortlich für das Erlebnis unserer Gäste.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
Leitung und Überwachung des täglichen Betriebs in einem hochfrequentierten, gehobenen, aber zwanglosen Restaurantumfeld.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Sicherheitsstandards.
Direkte Interaktion mit unseren Gästen, um ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis zu garantieren.
Unterstützung und Schulung des Teams, um innovative und "out of the box"-Ideen zu fördern.
Durchführung von Kassierer Tätigkeiten und Verwaltung der Kassenabrechnungen.
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:

Um als Shift Leader erfolgreich zu sein, solltest du über einschlägige Erfahrung in einer Managementrolle in einem gut frequentierten, zwanglosen Vollservice-Restaurant verfügen.
Du solltest über mehrjährige Serviceerfahrung verfügen.
Deine Fähigkeit, starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten zu zeigen und effektive Lösungen zu implementieren, ist von entscheidender Bedeutung.
Zudem solltest du geduldig und kundenorientiert sein, mit ausgezeichneten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten und einer freundlichen Einstellung.
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Vertrauenswürdigkeit sind unerlässlich, ebenso wie fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
