IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Handle IT support level 1 & 2 including VIP support
- Troubleshoot and fix network and connectivity issues, manage user accounts, permissions, etc.
- Keep accurate records of support requests, solutions, and follow-ups in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with level 3 support and different IT teams to address complex problems
- Work with IT teams across multiple offices
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English and a good level of French are required
- Knowledge of Windows environment (M365, AD, Exchange, etc.)
- Strong adaptability and flexibility skills
- Experience in managing a large number of devices
