About Us


We are seeking an experienced executive to join our Zürich-based Team as
Global Head of Growth and Scale and focus on guiding and accelerating the growth and expansion of the company's ecosystem and client portfolio.


You will lead the efforts to scale and develop various strategic relationships and alliances with major FinTechs and key banking platforms, expand the customer base and identify early stage disruptors.

Structure a scalable operating model, procedures and management system to ensure Futurae is well organised, staffed and operable to take advantage of growth opportunities in the region as well as the Middle East and North America


Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage, mentor and develop a Team and being able to communicate efficiently with high-level executives both inside and outside the organisation are also fundamental requirements.


This position is based in Zürich and requires the willingness to relocate, although occasional traveling for business will be required.

What you'll do

  • Guide the framing of the company's value proposition and conduct the necessary impact analysis and market validation
  • Define the Go To Market strategy and detail the operating procedures and reporting mechanisms to ensure systematic revenue growth
  • Articulate, communicate and enable the sales organisation to relate the value proposition narrative to the market
  • Conduct full Market Segmentation and identify key strategic partners and customers in the targeted regions and initiate the dialogue to launch strategic relationships.
  • Drive the engagement with key relationships to ensure executive alignment and support for the joint go to market strategy, while maintaining the execution of day to day related customer activities
  • Represent Futurae in key industry events to ensure company's presence and thought leadership position in the marketplace
  • Will guide the team to scale and will be responsible for generating and maintaining 4 million Swiss Francs of annual revenue from strategic relationships
  • Recruit, motivate the team responsible for strategic growth while ensuring performance and productivity and cost effectiveness
  • Form strategic relationships with key customers, partners and alliances and develop an ecosystem that enables Futurae to be recognised as a thought leader and an essential value add partner to the market.
  • Transform Futurae's revenue mix to be mostly partner led to drive systematic revenue growth while increasing efficiency and reduce cost of sales
  • Expand Futurae's presence and recognition to the North American and Middle Eastern markets through partnerships with key technology providers and associations.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of B2B experience with a SaaS or enterprise software background
  • Proven record of successful and profitable revenue and business growth
  • Extensive experience in authentication, identity & access management, and core banking
  • Deep understanding of the financial services market
  • Entrepreneurial expertise
  • Proven experience in Scaling and structuring operations for young startup with strong capabilities to drive revenue Growth especially in the US market, preferably in the Middle East as well
  • Ability to build an ecosystem of partners and driving complex sales cycles
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent team player with strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Multilingual, preferably fluent in English, French, and German
