Die Kistler Gruppe ist Weltmarktführer in dynamischer Messtechnik. Wir stellen piezoelektrische Kraft-, Druck-, und Beschleunigungssensoren, sowie Drehmomentsensoren und andere Messsysteme her, welche entlang der Megatrends in der Emissionsreduktion, der Mobilität und Fahrzeugsicherheit der industriellen Fertigung sowie der Biomechanik / Medizintechnik, Energie / Infrastruktur und der Luft
- und Raumfahrt zum Einsatz kommen.
Im Bereich R&D Sensors haben wir ein neues Produkteentwicklungsprojekt ins Leben gerufen, welches einzigartige Drucksensoren für neue Wachstumsmärkte (Wasserstoff, 3D Druck etc.) entwickelt.
Infolge Ausbaus dieser schlanken und agilen Projektorganisation im Bereich der Drucksensoren suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Projekt-Teams in Winterthur-Wülflingen eine marktorientierte, initiative Ingenieur Persönlichkeit, mit einer Affinität für neue Märkte und Aufbauarbeiten als
Business Driver / PM - Neue Märkte "Drucksensoren" 80-100% (w/m/d)
- In dieser neu geschaffenen Business Development Funktion bist du für das Identifizieren und proaktive Entwickeln neuer Kunden und Märkte für unsere Sensoren und Lösungen in unseren strategisch wichtigen Zielmärkten (OEM's im Maschinenbau) verantwortlich
- Du ermittelst Marktinformationen, überprüfst Markttrends und erstellst Wettbewerbsanalysen, einschließlich des Reportings an interne Stakeholder
- Du erstellst Business Cases inkl. Roadmaps sowie Investitionsrechnungen und bist für die Sales Trainings sowie die reibungslose Markteinführung (Marketingkampagnen) verantwortlich
- Du entwickelst in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden und dem Team das jeweilige Sensor-Portfolio vom Requirement-Engineering, der Konzeptphase bis zur Markteinführung beim Kunden inklusive entsprechender Unterlagen
- Internationale Kundenbesuche in Europa und global, gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Service gehören zum Tagesgeschäft (Reisebereitschaft ca. 20-30%).
- Fach
- oder Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Maschinenbau / Elektrotechnik / Mechatronik o.ä., idealerweise in Kombination mit einer BWL-Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung entweder im Produktmanagement und/oder dem Business Development, idealerweise mit Fokus auf neue Märkte
- Fachkenntnisse aus mindestens einem der Bereiche wie Fertigungstechnik, Mess
- / Systemtechnik, Automatisierung, Sensorik, Metrologie sowie Signalerzeugung, etc.
- Kommunikative, begeisterungsfähige Networking-Persönlichkeit, Hands-on und Freude an technischen Herausforderungen in Kombination mit Vermarktungsflair
- Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift ist ein Muss, jede weitere Sprache willkommen
- Neugeschaffene, vielseitige Tätigkeit mit Raum für Eigeninitiative in einem dynamischen Umfeld sowie die Möglichkeit, strategisch wichtige Wachstumsmärkte aufzubauen
