Global Program Manager Superior Customer Experience (M/F/d)

  • As Global Program Manager Superior Customer Experience you will enhance the customers' experience through their interactions with Givaudan. This strategic role involves developing online and offline initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. You will collaborate crossfunctionally to implement customercentric programs and ensure seamless interactions throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • You will report directly to the Customer Experience Director.
  • This role is based in our site in Kemptthal, Switzerland.

In this exciting role you will:

  • Overall, your role will be focused on driving the implementation of initiatives that enhance the customer experience, fostering a customercentric culture within the organization, and ensuring the successful execution of the assigned programs
  • Guiding the implementation of the Superior Customer Experience initiatives: this includes implementing new technologies and strategies to improve the overall customer experience
  • Defining future internal training initiatives: You will identify and develop training programs for employees that focus on best practices and a customercentric mindset
  • Developing a community of Customer Experience advocates: you will build a network of individuals across different regions and departments who are passionate about delivering superior customer experiences. This community will help ensure the successful implementation of initiatives and advocate for the needs of customers
  • Setting goals and measurements: You will define goals and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the assigned initiatives. If necessary, you will also identify corrective actions to improve performance
  • Collaborate with internal customerfacing functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to drive positive interactions and foster lasting connections
  • You will work closely with the Communications team to develop a communication strategy and create assets that effectively convey the value and influence of the Superior Customer Experience Program.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in Customer Experience roles with track record in developing and enhancing customers experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience preferably in customerfacing roles
  • Business fluent in English written and spoken
  • Ability to connect across the organization, inspire and motivate individual at all levels
  • Enthusiastic about leading inititatives with high endurance power
  • Experienced in communicating, facilitating and presenting on multiple levels
  • Passionate about solving challenges
  • Expert in customer experience management tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms
  • Knowledgeable of change management principles
