Phished is een snelgroeiende tech scale-up die organisaties helpt bij het verbeteren van hun cybersecurity. Aan de hand van een uniek, volledig geautomatiseerd trainingsplatform worden medewerkers opgeleid om echte cyberaanvallen te herkennen en er op een correcte wijze mee om te springen. Zo creëren we een impact op zowel medewerkers als organisaties.

Phished is de marktleider in zijn segment en is actief over de hele wereld. Duizenden organisaties werken reeds met het platform en we kunnen rekenen op een sterk en uitgebreid netwerk van partners en resellers. Om onze groei verder te zetten, zijn we op zoek naar nieuwe collega's.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Als Partnership Manager ga je op zoek naar nieuwe partners om het Phished-ecosysteem in verschillende werelddelen uit te breiden en onderhoud je de banden met onze huidige partners.
- Je ondersteunt onze partners in hun _sales approach_ en je begeleidt hen daarbij ook in hun communicatie naar hun eindgebruikers
- Je verzorgt opleidingen voor onze partners, zodat zij ons platform door en door kennen
- Je bent een ambassadeur in een dubbele rol: als vertegenwoordiger van Phished haal je steeds het onderste uit de kan, terwijl je intern eveneens de spreekbuis bent van onze partners en hun belangen zo goed mogelijk bepleit

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**

Cruciaal is jouw ondernemende mentaliteit en **gedreven motivatie **die de klant steeds centraal zet, met **de wil om te blijven bijleren**.
- Je beheerst Nederlands, Engels en Frans
- **Ervaring in **_solution selling_** is een must-have, ervaring in IT security speelt in je voordeel
- Je bouwt snel sterke vertrouwensrelaties op en je voelt je thuis in verschillende sectoren: jouw **communicatievaardigheden** zijn uitmuntend
- Ervaring met **CRM-systemen** is een meerwaarde
- Je bent een **teamspeler **en weet duidelijk je grenzen te stellen
- Je bent **stressbestendig **en kan omgaan met confidentiële informatie
- Je hebt een '**getting things done'**-mentaliteit
- Een sterke persoonlijkheid die **oplossings
- en klantgericht** denkt
