Aufgrund unseres Wachstums suchen wir aktuell eine/n Product Manager PDMS mit Schwerpunkt Intensivmedizin

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du begleitest die Entwicklung neuer Funktionalitäten unseres PDMS von der Produktidee über die Anforderungserhebung und Spezifikation bis zur Markteinführung.
- Dein medizinischer Background hilft dir klinische Prozesse zu erfassen und auf Augenhöhe mit unseren Kunden zu kommunizieren.
- Du unterstützt das Team in der klinischen Bewertung und in der Literaturrecherche.
- Du arbeitest mit unserem UX-Team, dem Risikomanagement und den Entwicklungsteams zusammen.

**Dein Profil**
- Du hast im Gesundheitswesen gearbeitet, idealerweise mit abgeschlossenem Medizinstudium. Intensivmedizinischer Hintergrund von Vorteil.
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung als Anwender:in mit KIS oder PDMS.
- Du interessierst dich für die Prozesse im Spital und hast die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen aufzunehmen, zu analysieren und Lösungen zu erarbeiten.
- Du bist vertraut mit den üblichen Möglichkeiten der Literaturrecherche und kannst auch englischsprachige Literatur für deine klinische Bewertung nutzen.
- Du bist kommunikativ und hast Freude an fachbezogenen Kundenkontakten.
- Du hast ein Flair für Technik, idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse im Bereich Informatik.
