Unsere Business Unit Lubricants bietet qualitativ hochwertige Schmierstoffe und Dienstleistungen für die Bereiche Automotive, Industrie, Bau und Transport. Wir führen Produkte von namenhaften Herstellern und sind exklusiver Vertriebspartner von Shell Schmierstoffen in der Schweiz.

Produktmanager*in (w/m/d %

Aufgabengebiet
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Partner Shell führst Du das Produktmanagement und implementierst neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen
- Du managst den Product Life Cycle über das ganze Schmierstoffportfolio (Einführung, Pflege, Ausphasen usw.) zur optimalen Sortimentsgestaltung
- Als Fachspezialist führst und pflegst Du die Masterpreisliste und bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Pricingmassnahmen
- Dank deiner guten analytischen Fähigkeiten und Proaktivität optimierst Du unseren Lagerbestand (Reichweite, Verfügbarkeit, Wertberichtigung, Lagerwert)
- Gemeinsam oder als Stellvertreung des Marketing Lubricants organisierst Du Events, Online Aktivitäten oder Merchandise Aktionen
- Je nach Profil und Interesse übernimmst Du die fachliche Betreuung und Entwicklung des Lernenden in der Abteilung
- Als Teammitglied leistest Du bei Bedarf Support für das Vertriebsinnendienst Team

Anforderungen
- Du hast eine Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Produktmanagement oder ähnliches abgeschlossen
- Nach erfolgreicher Erfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement, Marketing oder im Verkauf suchst du eine neue Herausforderung im technischen Umfeld
- Dank deiner Zuverlässigkeit und Innovativität erarbeitest du selbstständige und zielgerichtete Lösungsvorschläge
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist engagiert
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (D/E) runden dein Profil ab, französiche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
