Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:
Schnittstelle zu den Lieferanten in Bezug auf die Qualität der Komponenten in der Produktion Verwaltung und Pflege des Lieferantenpanels (Auditergebnisse, Zertifizierungslevel, Verbesserungspläne, Top Worst Supplier Meetings, NC Reviews) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkaufsteam Überprüfungen von Systemaudits bei Lieferanten durchführen Verfolgung der Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit den Spezialprozessen (Überwachung und Auditierung), wenn diese in den Prozessen der Lieferanten vorkommen Durchführung von Prozess-Audits bei den Lieferanten Zusammenarbeit mit dem Transit SQ Netzwerk für die Entwicklung der APQP-Lieferanten und die mögliche Auswahl neuer Lieferanten. Teilnahme an und Durchführung von FAI (First Article Inspection) beim Lieferanten Überprüfung der Freigabe der Erstmuster zusammen mit der Wareneingangskontrolle und mit Unterstützung der Abteilungen Technik und Einkauf Mitteilung an den Lieferanten über die Freigabe der Teile nach der Bewertung der bereitgestellten Dokumente (PPAP) Verwaltung des Prozesses der Lieferantenverzichtserklärungen (Konzessionsanfrage) Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Lieferanten im Falle einer besonderen Nichtkonformität (Informationen von der Eingangskontrolle oder den Qualitätsstellen) und Sicherstellung der Eindämmung. Garantieren der korrekten Vorgehensweise bei der Problemlösung (8D, PDCA / FTA) durch den Lieferanten und die Reaktionszeiten (48 Stunden, 10 Tage, 30 Tage) Sicherstellung der Weiterverfolgung der Probleme, die dem QRQC des Lieferanten oder dem QRQC des Werks vorgelegt werden Erfassen aller Nicht-Qualitätskosten, die vom Einkauf / SQ-Manager verwaltet werden Implementieren und verwalten der Quality Wall bei den Top Worst Lieferanten Definierung, in Zusammenarbeit mit der Technik, der Mindestqualitätsanforderungen für die Waren in ZuständigkeitsbereichAls Supplier Quality Assurance tragen Sie durch Ihre zielorientierte, qualitäts- und kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise zu unserem erfolgreichen Lieferantenportfolio bei und sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle qualitätsmässigen Belange zu unseren innovativen und technisch anspruchsvollen Produkten.
Ihr Profil:
erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einer technischen Fachrichtung oder Vergleichbares. Zusätzlich verfügen Sie bereits über mehrjährige Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Lieferantenmanagement und Qualitätsprozesse (Produkt-/Prozess-/Eingangsinspektion) in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen. Gute Kenntnisse produktbezogener/technologischer Verfahren wie Bearbeitung, Giessen, Schweissen, Schmieden, Lackieren Qualifikation als Auditor für das Management von Lieferanten sehr gerne gesehen Kenntnisse der wichtigsten Qualitätsinstrumente: Problemlösungstechniken (8D-Report / PDCA / 5W + 2H / Ishikawa-Diagramm), FMEA, PFC, Flussdiagramm, Arbeits- und Kontrollanweisungen Kenntnisse von Messmethoden und -werkzeugen, einschliesslich 3D-Maschinen (Faro-Arm) Erwünscht: Zertifizierung für zerstörungsfreie Prüfungen (VT, PT) Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten zur effektiven Kommunikation intern und extern Selbständige und proaktive Persönlichkeit kooperative, selbständige und methodische Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Engagement und Kommunikationsgeschick Gute Kenntnisse des Microsoft Office Pakets Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von VorteilUnser Angebot:
