Nous recrutons un Senior Manager pour le bureau d'Amaris Consulting Genève. Vos missions s'articulerons sur 3 axes :

Business Development & Account Management

  • Définissez la stratégie de croissance de votre Business Unit en forgeant de nouveaux partenariats et en consolidant les relations existantes.
  • Négociez et concluez des accords de prestations intellectuelles auprès de grandes entreprises.
  • Entretenez des relations privilégiées avec les clients grands comptes, garantissant une satisfaction continue et l'anticipation des besoins futurs.

Recruitment & Management

  • Recrutez une équipe performante de consultants en les recrutant et en les encadrant avec une approche innovante.
  • Managez les équipes commerciales de votre Business Unit (montée en compétence, coaching, entretiens annuels).
  • Challengez les processus existants pour optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle, contribuant ainsi à la réussite collective.

Profit Management

  • Élaborez votre Business Plan annuel en alignement avec vos objectifs stratégiques.
  • Dirigez le Profit and Loss (P&L) de votre unité opérationnelle, maximisant le chiffre d'affaires tout en optimisant la rentabilité.
  • Supervisez la facturation, garantissant une gestion financière rigoureuse et efficiente.

A propos de vous

Nous recherchons des profils seniors dotés d'un esprit entrepreneurial avec l'ambition de relever nouveaux défis disposant des éléments suivants :

  • Vous avez au minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Manager/Ingénieur d'affaires dans nos secteurs clés, avec des premières connaissances en IT/Engineering/Life Sciences/Telecom.
  • Vous souhaitez travailler dans un environnement exigeant où l'excellence est le principal moteur.
  • Vous êtes diplômé.e d'un Master, en formation commerciale ou en ingénierie.
  • La maîtrise de l'IA générative telle que ChatGPT est un plus pour améliorer la productivité au quotidien.
