Director Program Management

Travaille en collaboration avec les équipes de développement de produits et d'ingénierie logicielle ainsi qu'avec d'autres équipes fonctionnelles pour mener à bien l'ensemble du projet, y compris la définition, la planification, l'exécution, l'ingénierie des systèmes, la gestion des risques et la résolution des problèmes pour les efforts de développement de nouveaux produits. Tenir les membres de l'équipe et les pairs responsables du respect des engagements en matière de résultats et de délais. Il travaille en collaboration avec les parties prenantes et entretient des relations interpersonnelles solides et constructives avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation.

Il gère les conflits de ressources et de calendrier et veille à la normalisation des processus, des outils et de la culture essentiels au sein des équipes principales ;
- Soutenir et encadrer les chefs de projet et les ingénieurs système, en contribuant à leur développement et à leur évolution de carrière ;
- Se fait le champion de divers processus et protocoles afin de garantir que les produits sont élaborés conformément à des normes reconnues ;
- Etablit les meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet en partenariat avec la direction générale et en consultation avec le bureau de gestion de programme de Tandem, et encourage leur adoption dans l'ensemble de Tandem Suisse ;
- Établit des relations clés avec les homologues du siège de Tandem et comprend le rôle des fonctions centralisées - telles que les sciences comportementales, l'UX, la qualité, la réglementation, la clinique, les opérations - dans l'exécution du projet.
- Soutenir le développement de la feuille de route des produits et des technologies, gérer les examens, coordonner les mises à jour régulières pour les projets clés, communiquer les changements de projet et l'impact de ces changements à l'équipe de direction ;
- Élabore, tient à jour, suit et présente les informations relatives au projet, y compris la portée, le calendrier, les risques, les ressources, le budget, etc. Assurer un mécanisme de collecte de ces informations, les maintenir dans une base de données, publier des tableaux de bord de développement pour compléter les revues de projet et d'affaires ;
- Fournir une expertise et des conseils pour l'amélioration des processus et des programmes efficaces conformément aux contrôles de conception, à la gestion des risques et à d'autres normes réglementaires ;
- Participe à la sélection, au développement, à l'évaluation des performances, à la recommandation au mérite et à la promotion du personnel ;
- Veiller à ce que le personnel du service soit correctement formé, conformément au plan de formation désigné, avant d'assumer des responsabilités professionnelles ;
- Veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise, y compris en matière de protection de la vie privée et de la confidentialité des données (HIPAA), et des autres exigences légales et réglementaires ;
- Assurer le respect des politiques de l'entreprise, notamment en matière de confidentialité et de protection des données personnelles, et d'autres exigences légales et réglementaires.

Capacité à communiquer régulièrement l'état d'avancement du projet et les besoins avec la direction générale ;
- Capacité à représenter Tandem de manière compétente dans le cadre de fonctions professionnelles et commerciales ;
- Capacité à gérer efficacement des priorités multiples et à identifier et recommander le meilleur plan d'action parmi plusieurs possibilités ;
- Expérience avérée en matière de résolution de problèmes, de réflexion analytique et de compétences visionnaires ;
- Excellentes compétences en matière de plaidoyer et de persuasion ;
- Aptitude à préserver la confidentialité et à travailler sous pression ou dans des délais serrés ;
- Capacité à organiser et à hiérarchiser le travail et à respecter les délais fixés ;
- Capacité à maintenir une connaissance actualisée des produits, des procédures et des changements au sein de l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux ;
**2. Certifications mínimales/niveau d'études**:

- Licence en ingénierie mécanique ou électrique ou expérience équivalente requise, maîtrise souhaitée.
- Certificat de gestion de projet (PMP/PgMP) et/ou de gestion de portefeuille (PfMP) de préférence.

**3. Expérience mínimale**:

- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets/programmes de dispositifs médicaux et dans l'ingénierie des systèmes dans un environnement de développement de produits ;
- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets pluridisciplinaires au niveau des systèmes, depuis le début jusqu'au soutien après la mise sur le marché, en utilisant un cadre de travail par étapes.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion hiérarchique de gestionnaires de programmes et de projets et/ou d'ingénieurs système ;
