Rejoignez-nous en tant que nouveau Assistant Housekeeping Manager:
Pour ce rôle clé, sous la supervision de l'Housekeeper Manager, les principales tâches seront les suivantes:

- Planifier, gérer, encadrer et contrôler le travail des équipes de femmes de chambre, portiers, gouvernants et de la lingerie, et donner les formations.
- Contrôler la bonne tenue des chambres et suites, locaux et lieux publics.
- S'assurer de la mise en place des prestations VIP.
- Traiter les demandes spécifiques des clients
- Veiller à l'entretien et à la propreté de l'ensemble des chambres et locaux de l'hôtel.
- Assurer la gestion des chambres en collaboration avec la Réception et le service technique.
- Adapter les effectifs en fonction du taux d'occupation de l'hôtel et assurer la planification de la main-d'œuvre temporaire.
- Assurer la gestion des achats du service : prestations pour les clients, produits d'entretien, approvisionnement du linge.
- Effectuer les tâches d'ouverture du service et préparer les affectations quotidiennes des chambres.
- Participer à l'établissement des horaires et contrôler les présences quotidiennes pour assurer une couverture adéquate.
- Organiser des réunions d'équipes quotidiennes et assister à d'autres réunions si nécessaire.
- Veiller à ce que tout le personnel soit correctement formé et dispose des outils et de l'équipement nécessaires pour s'acquitter efficacement de ses tâches.
- Inspecter tous les secteurs assignés pour s'assurer que les chambres/suites, l'équipement, l'ameublement, le linge de maison et les lieux publiques soient propres et en bon état.
- Répondre aux plaintes et aux demandes spéciales des clients et s'assurer que des mesures correctives sont prises pour obtenir leur entière satisfaction.
- Effectuer toutes les tâches administratives et de fermeture.
- Promouvoir le travail d'équipe et la qualité du service par la communication et la coordination quotidiennes avec les autres services.

Ce que nous attendons

Issu d'une formation hôtelière, vous avez un minimum de deux à 3 ans d'expérience à un poste équivalent, acquise dans un établissement de même taille et catégorie (4 ou 5 étoiles / +250 chambres).

Vous parlez couramment français et anglais. La maîtrise d'une autre langue étrangère d'un de nos marchés cibles (Allemagne, Chine, Italie, Moyen Orient, Pays-Bas, Espagne, Russie) est un véritable atout. La maîtrise du système OPERA est souhaitée.

Ce poste est ouvert aux citoyens suisses et aux titulaires d'un passeport de l'union européenne.
