The MEININGER Hotel Genève Centre Charmilles is looking for Housekeeping Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS
Coordinating housekeeping needs with other hotel departmentsChecking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanlinessTrain housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasksMonitor and order cleaning products stockExamine the building/area so as to determine areas that need repairs and/or maintenanceSet up and maintenance procedure for Housekeeping and communications with other departments like reception and maintenance Implement strategies to improve the functioning of the housekeeping departmentSchedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absenceUpdate room status into hotel software SIHOTEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areasPerforming cleaning tasks when staff don't show up for work or the team is shorthanded
YOUR PROFILE
Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar roleExcellent organizational and team management skillsStamina to handle the physical demands of the jobFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
