**Pour son agence de Genève, EMG est actuellement à la recherche de son/sa assistant(e) manager prêt(e) à relever tous les défis.**

**EMG SA **est une société de conseils financiers. Notre objectif est d'analyser les besoins de notre clientèle afin de leur apporter des solutions, en termes de protection, de prévoyance et d'investissements adaptés à leur situation. Nous agissons en tant qu'intermédiaire indépendant auprès de nos clients, ce qui nous permet d'apporter un conseil neutre et personnalisé.

**Vous aurez en charge la gestion et le développement d'un portefeuille client en relation avec votre manager, **en mettant en place des relations de confiance pérennes.

**Vos missions au sein de notre entreprise**:

- Suivi du portefeuille d'une clientèle existante,
- Acquisition de nouveaux clients privés et entreprises,
- Vente et conseils personnalisés,
- Participation aux meetings internes,
- Support administratif du service de gestion d'une équipe,
- Soutien dans la supervision d'une équipe,
- Développement des procédures en collaboration avec le manager,
- Suivi des contrats et des clients,
- Traitement efficace des demandes d'intervention,
- Assistance dans la communication interne avec les parties concernées,
- Planification et suivi des rendez vous,
- Transmission des informations avec les autres services.

- Prêt/e à relever des défis et travailler en équipe,
- Autonome, persévérant/e, dynamique,
- À l'aise dans les négociations commerciales et relations clients,
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'Allemand. L'anglais ou autre est un véritable atout.
