Background:

Main tasks:

  • Manage and monitor messaging infrastructure including MS Exchange, Enterprise Vault and Kiteworks
  • Created and edited PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks
  • Implement and maintain security policies and procedures
  • Assist in migrating and upgrading systems, particularly MS Exchange 2016 or later and Windows Server 2019 or later
  • Error analysis and problem solving in a complex server environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT supporter or systems administrator with a focus on messaging infrastructures such as MS Exchange, Enterprise Vault or Kiteworks
  • Experience in creating and editing PowerShell scripts
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification or higher

Languages:

  • Fluent in German (level B2)
  • English fluent (level C1)
