We are looking for an experienced ERP System Administrator to support our global team with a focus on the Finance, HR and Resource Management modules of the UNIT4 ERP system.

Your experience of supporting, trouble shooting and providing expert guidance to business users will be critical to building on the existing implementation of the UNIT4 ERP at RHEA Group.

This position should provide general technical support to ensure the efficient running of the Company’s services.

Reporting to the Global Data Manager, you will join the wider Data Management function and work as part of a dynamic team with the autonomy to succeed in a lively, friendly environment.

This position can either be based in one of the RHEA offices, or remotely.

**Tasks and Activities**:
The scope of work will include:

- Application support to end users through our ticketing system including triage of operational system issues, problem resolution design, testing, and implementation.
- Supporting the development and execution of ERP and business process best practices across the organization.
- Supporting the implementation of new software releases, fixes and upgrades
- Managing role-based system access controls.
- Working as part of the team to ensure data integrity and consistency in data standards across the ERP platform, including adherence to the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
- Configuration management and documentation.
- Providing the appropriate identified user training materials, work instructions and deliver user training and technical support for staff to enable the effective use of the ERP system.
- Report writing and maintenance.

**Skills and Experience**:
The following skills and experience are mandatory:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, or a related field and at least two years’ experience in UNIT4 ERP System Functional Administration.
- Ability to analyze business problems and articulate potential solutions in a structured, logical and non-technical manner.
- System configuration experience of Finance, HR & Resource Management modules of UNIT4 ERP.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work effectively in teams including with internal customers and work across functions at all levels to achieve desired outcomes.
- This position will have direct access to confidential information; therefore, a high degree of confidentiality is required.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:

- Experience of working within an ITIL framework.
- A working knowledge of French, both written and spoken.
