TotalEnergies Gas and Power (TGP) is the trading arm of TotalEnergies in the field of low carbon energies. As such, it operates in fast-evolving market dynamics influenced by internal and external factors that require constant adaptation and evolution.

  • The Trading division in Geneva is responsible for optimising the purchase & sales portfolios of gas, electricity, CO2 emissions, dry bulk, and LNG in all recognised markets worldwide, in compliance with the Company trading guidelines.
  • In such context, TGP helps to ensure growth and profitability to a key segment of the business in order to reach the objective of Carbon Neutrality by 2050.

    What you will do
  • To fulfil these missions, your tasks will be as follows:
  • Develop and implement front-end solutions to support user interface needs
  • Collaborate closely with other team members in charge of the backend, the middleware
  • Follow development standards and best practices in place and contribute to their improvement
  • Develop and implement highly responsive user interfaces
  • Conduct coding tests, write unit tests
  • Deploy Front-End scripts on Docker
  • Participate to team meetings to discuss user interface design and ideas
  • Use the tools and follow methodologies in place
  • Follow business and project priorities, maintain an uptodate backlog and report progress of work
  • You are a
    Computer Science/ Mathematics /Data Science/ Finance student, enrolling the last year of your Master
  • You have a
    strong analytical and computing skills : data analytics, stochastics processes and modelling, AI/Machine Learning
  • You have a
    strong expertise in data collection, data engineering and frontend development

    understanding of commodity trading, energy industry:
  • Strong English verbal and writing skills and French language is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in emergency and doing multitask altogether.
