TILT (TotalEnergies Innovation Lab for Trading) is looking to hire an intern to support TotalEnergies' ambitions and growth.

What You Will Do
***As a member of the Innovation Lab team, you will be working on a variety of tasks under the guidance of the Lab Manager and in collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders

The principal tasks comprise:

Organization, Communication and Execution of Innovation Events:

  • Develop effective communication channels to reach desired target groups.
  • Assist in programming the Innovation Lab events calendar with shortcourses and speakers (internal & external)
  • Scout for and interact with new speakers for future collaboration and events, developing the local and regional innovation network

Web Page Content Development:

  • Edit articles of internal ongoing innovation initiatives
  • Ensure uptodate events calendar & online registrations
  • Interact with web designers and IT department to improve web page functionality

Innovation Lab & Event Logistics:

  • Assist in ensuring smooth and high-quality execution of daily activities
  • Assist with maintenance and organization of the lab and equipment and hosting events and workshops.

The Trading Branches of TotalEnergies (TGP and T&S) have established a dedicated Innovation Lab for Trading (TILT), a service with the goal to foster the innovation mindset and drive transformation, innovation & digital projects in the trading sector.
