**Deine neuen Herausforderungen**:

- Entwicklung neuer digitaler Produkte und Services und deren Business Modelle
- Erstellen von Markt-, Kunden-, Persona
- und Portfolioanalysen
- Aufstellung der Produkte / Cluster und Aufbereitung der Marketing
- und Go-to-Market Strategie in enger Absprache und Koordination mit der Gruppe
- Durchführung von Kunden-Pilotprojekten in der Schweiz
- Evaluierung und Einführung der unterstützenden Tools entlang der Wertschöpfungskette oder Evaluation entsprechender Tools falls nicht vom Konzern bereits verfügbar
- Planung, Budgetierung und Controlling des Gesamtprojekts

**Deine idealen Voraussetzungen**:

- Gefühl für wirtschaftliche Trends mit einem analytischen und vernetzten Denken
- Netzwerker*in und Intrapreneur*in mit starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägter Machermentalität
- Wirtschaftliches Grundstudium mit Vertiefung in Digital Business von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen für digitale Produkte
- Erfahrung im Marketing, in der Unternehmensberatung oder im Vertrieb von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von grossem Vorteil
