Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Senior Projektleiter:in Property & Facility Management.
AufgabenbereichAls Senior Projektleiter:in Property & Facility Management führst du anspruchsvolle Projekte im FM-Bereich. Mit deinem fundierten Fachwissen im Bereich baubegleitendes Facility Management bist du erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kundschaft. Mit deinem fachlichen Know-how unterstützt du unsere Auftraggeber:innen in der Definition, Ermittlung und Erstellung von Nutzungs- und Betriebsanforderungen und erarbeitest selbständig Analysen, Strategien und Konzepte im FM-Bereich. Du akquirierst neue Mandate, bist eine am Markt gern gesehene Persönlichkeit mit eigenem breitem Beziehungsnetz und trägst aktiv zur Kundenpflege bei.
AnforderungenDu bist eine teamfähige, flexible und innovative Persönlichkeit mit Macherqualitäten und verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) als Projektleiter:in oder Berater:in im Themenfeld Property & Facility Management und bringst entsprechende Referenzen mit. Idealerweise hast du einen Hochschulabschluss in Facility Management, Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen (oder vergleichbar) und hast dich betriebswirtschaftlich weitergebildet.
Du wendest digitale Arbeitsmethoden selbstverständlich an, kennst die digitalen Trends der Immobilienwirtschaft und integrierst diese in deine Lösungsansätze. Du arbeitst gerne in einem kleinen Expertenteam, schätzt aber auch Mandate, welche du autonom bearbeitst. Für diese Tätigkeit ist Kommunikationsstärke genauso wichtig wie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit.
Wir erwarten stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
