In dieser Aufgabe rapportieren Sie direkt an den Customer Service, Logistics & Planning Manager. Sie leiten den Kundenservice für die Primary - und Secondary Distribution mit einem Team von rund 30 Personen an 2 Standorten (Winterthur und Luzern). Das operative Tagesgeschäft wird durch 4 Teamleiter verantwortet.

**Aufgaben**:

- Sicherstellen des reibungslosen Ablaufs des Customer Service Departments, inkl. des Bestellmanagements, der Telesales-Aktionen, Kundenanfragen und After-Sales Support und des E-Commerce Kundensupport
- Treiben und Implementieren von Kundenprofitabilität durch verschiedene Verbesserungs
- und Optimierungsprojekte wie Cost-2-Serve oder Logistic-Trade-Term Vereinbarungen
- Sicherstellen der Kundenbeziehungen sowie weiteres Optimieren und Entwickeln dieser
- Pflegen der Schnittstellen zu den verschiedenen Abteilungen in Supply Chain
- Sicherstellen der internen Abläufe sowohl zu Produktion und Logistik als auch zu Verkauf und Finance für alle Verkaufskanäle
- Erarbeiten der Customer Service Strategie sowie die Sicherstellung der Ausführung dieser zur optimalen Balance zwischen Kundenservice und Kosten
- Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- Aktive Nutzung des TPM Customer Value Pillar, um den Customer Service kontinuierlich zu verbessern

**Anforderungen**:

- Betriebswirtschaftlicher Background
Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Konsumgüterbereich, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit effektiv funktionsübergreifend zu arbeiten
- Tiefes End-2-End Supply Chain Wissen und gutes finanzielles Verständnis
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt und im Pflegen von Kundenbeziehungen
