We are currently looking for an ambitious, talented, growth mindset leader to lead Digital Marketing across Owned, Earned and Paid with the primary focus on our largest brand: Wella Professionals across Color and Care portfolio.


THE ROLE


This CMI manager reporting into CMI Associate Director plays a key role within the designated Business Unit/ Brand CMI team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Expert on Market Research

  • Collaborate with different stakeholders within the designated Business Unit/ Brand to identify business questions for the research.
  • Design and execute market research to answer business questions by integrating primary and secondary data sources.
  • Employ appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods including focus groups, ethnographies, 11 interviews, concept tests, packaging test, claim test, Home Use Tests, simulated test market, Advertising testing, Discrete choice testing etc to address the business question.
  • Effectively manage market research partner relationships.
  • Effectively manage projects to achieve team goals and complete work assignments within aligned time frames.
  • Provide concise analysis of findings and generate recommendations to directly address business questions.
  • Work with different stakeholders to develop learning plan for responsible businesses.
  • Test new methods to improve quality, investment and speed

Guided by CMI Associate Director to perform holistic analysis by leveraging multiple data sources and by using diverse tools

  • Support and manage internal requests and business questions by analyzing a variety of data sets (across both primary and syndicated sources as needed) and then summarizing and communicating key insights
  • Utilize multiple tools to continuously track category dynamics, competitor activities, consumption habits, preferences and behaviors, and consumer needs & desires

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiar with a wide variety of insights/research methodologies: focus groups, 11 interviews, ethnographies, concept tests, packaging test, claim test, Home Use Tests, simulated test market, Advertising testing, Discrete choice testing; From social listening, to semiotics, to online communities.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to take multiple datainputs and synthesize into easy to understand, highly visual and concise story.
  • Analytical thinker who has a passion for learning/insights, enjoys problemsolving, and is willing to challenge traditional thinking
  • Highly detailoriented and wellorganized able to work in a fastpaced environment, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Ability to manage work across many different projects
  • Experience in managing and/or directing outside research agencies
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Possesses an enthusiastic and positive "can do" outlook, even when under pressure
  • Selfmotivated able to selfstart projects and solicit collaborations
  • Comfortable working within a fluid and flexible culture; adjusts well to change and/or shifting priorities
  • At least 3 years of experiences in market research and/ or business consultancy.
  • A Bachelor ́s degree is required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required, a second language is an asset.
