Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • First Level Support und Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit der Applikation (LAURA SAP eWM
  • Applikation)
  •  Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und Funktionalität der Applikation/Prozesse als Schnittstelle
  • zwischen den operativen Betriebsbereichen und den technischen Dienstleistern
  • Incident-Management im First Level Support (Hotline) mit Koordination der Incident-Bearbeitung
  • zwischen den relevanten Stakeholdern (Business Process Owner, Kunden, IT, QA,
  • Softwarelieferanten, Hardwarelieferanten etc.)
  •  Monitoring von wiederkehrenden Incidents und Einleitung von Gegenmassnahmen (Problem
  • Management)
  • Ãberwachung/Kontrolle/Monitoring von systemrelevanten Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Kommunikation mit Usern via Telefon, Chat, E-Mail im Rahmen des Incident- und Problem
  • Managements
  • Pikettdienst und Abdeckung der Funktionszeiten.
  • Request-Management mit den Aufgaben eines Business Analyst zur Abstimmung von
  • Ãnderungsanträgen mit den operativen Bereichen und relevanten Fachgruppen
  • Erstellen, Aktualisieren und Durchführung von technischen Anwendertrainings
  • Pflege der Wissensdatenbank (z.B. Betriebs- oder Installationsanweisungen, etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der System-Validierung
    Dein Profil:
    • Höheres Fachdiplom/Zertifikat oder Studium in Logistik oder einem IT Bereich (z.B. Logistikmeister
    • oder Informatik) 
    • Min. 2-5 Jahre hands-on Arbeitserfahrung in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) 
    • Min. 2 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung in First Level Support in einem technischen Umfeld mit Applikationen
    • (z.B. Hotline) 
    • Gute Erfahrung in der (pharmazeutischen) Logistik und/oder IT Umfeld 
    • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (min. C1 Level)
    • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei Fragestellungen in einem technisch komplexen Umfeld
