Secure delivery of projected vitamin and carotenoid sales, while optimizing the price realization. Lead the Sales team, ensure the needs and expectations of GIP and Regional Customers are met. The role involves strategic planning, account growth, and fostering long-term partnerships to drive revenue and profitability.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the strategic sales plan aligned with the overall business goals
  • As key member of the ANH Vitamins Unit Leadership team contribute to the definition and delivery of the overall Vitamins Unit transformation plan
  • Establish sales objectives, volume and prize realization targets, and KPIs in coordination with overall Vitamins Unit  strategic plan
  • Chair the monthly pricing meeting, define the reference price and steer price realization for the Vitamins Unite sales
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a VU sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance excellence. Foster a high-performance culture within the VU sales team (and liaised SU teams), promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously explore new business opportunities within existing key accounts, as well as potential expansion into new markets or industries. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for market penetration and growth"
