An der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Banking/ Insurance sorgen Sie dafür, dass Ihre Kunden sich rund um die Uhr auf ihre IT-Infrastrukturen verlassen können und mit digitaler Innovation die Zukunft gestalten können.

Aufgaben: 

Sie verantworten die Leistungserbringung der IT Services in der Cloud (IaaS, PaaS) sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Services gegenüber den Kunden Sie sind die Ansprechperson des Kunden für sämtliche Delivery-Themen gegenüber intern wie extern sowie erste Eskalationsstufe Sie leiten die Betriebs- und Service Boards-Meetings beim Kunden Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in spannenden Kundenprojekten wie auch bei der Definition neuer Services Sie verantworten die Standards der Betriebs-Dokumentationen gegenüber den Kunden Sie wirken im IT-Service und Business Continuity Management und definieren/leiten Wiederanlauf-Prozesse

Ihr Profil:

Sie besitzen einen höheren Abschluss in Informatik oder eine gleichwertige AusbildungSie kennen sich in der Cloud-Architektur aus und haben ein Verständnis für IaaS/PaaS BetriebsmodelleSie haben 5+ Jahre Erfahrungen im Betrieb und/oder Service Management (ITIL) sowie im Projekt-ManagementSie sind sehr Kunden- und ServiceorientiertSie haben konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine ziel-und lösungsorientierte ArbeitsweiseSie sind bereit, innerhalb der Schweiz zu reisenSie kommunizieren fliessend in Deutsch, in Englisch und idealerweise auch in Französisch
