Deine Aufgaben

Als Product Owner / Requirements Engineer identifizierst du dich mit unserem Produkt, treibst neue Ideen voran und übernimmst die Verantwortung für dessen Weiterentwicklung.Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Product Management und den Kunden die Vision, gestaltest die Roadmap und sorgst für deren Umsetzung.Du priorisierst und pflegst das Backlog und konkretisierst deine Produktideen in fachlichen Spezifikationen und User Stories. Dabei stellst du dich gerne den technischen und konzeptionellen Herausforderungen.Zusammen mit deinem cross-funktionalen Team stellst du die Planung und Umsetzung der Features sicher.Du begleitest die Entwicklung «end-to-end» und schaffst damit einen maximalen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Requirements Engineer oder Product Manager in der agilen SoftwareentwicklungDu bringst einen Abschluss in Informatik oder einem informatiknahen Studiengang auf Niveau Bachelor oder höher mitDu besitzt ein ausgesprochenes Flair für technische Themen sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, um dich in neue Themen einzuarbeitenDomänenwissen im Bereich der beruflichen Vorsorge sind von VorteilDu sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
