Operational Retail Marketing Intern (M/W)

Responsibilities:

HQ

  • Consolidation of data for marketing activities WW ( Simplified dashboard/ excel follow up master file/ power point presentations shared by markets)
  • Preparation and consolidation of commercial data for market calls
  • Customer gifts and staff tools analysis
  • Customer gift catalogue : creation of references, follow up with internal teams and suppliers, catalogue development, follow up market order
  • Support in campaigns launch note development + Retail Marketing guidelines and presentations
  • Competitive intelligence research
  • Music for new boutique opening (market contact, follow up with supplier)
  • Compilation of launch plan per country
  • Retail Newsletter update

Market supports (back up of the HQ retail team)

  • Help Retail Marketing managers in all operational requests from markets
  • Point of contacts for all operational demands from HQ
  • Help market for local marketing activities implementation
  • Follow up of best practices and compilation of results

 

Profil
  • You have a Degree in business with a major in marketing or similar field and you have an affinity for the watch and the luxury industry.
  • You are fluent in English, French
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • You are autonomous, self-motivated and have a self-start mentality.
  • You are organized and able to handle several projects simultaneously
  • You are a team player, energetic and result oriented and you are able to work in an international environment.
