Pour notre client, une entreprise dans le secteur technologique, nous sommes à la recherche d'une.e technicien.e de support IT.

Vos activités chez votre futur employeur
  • Vous assisterez les utilisateurs à travers différents sites, en personne et par téléphone
  • Vous gérerez les incidents, les demandes et les projets de modifications
  • Vous formerez les utilisateurs sur les nouveaux systèmes et procédures
  • Vous piloterez divers projets IT
Vos atouts pour votre futur employeur
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC d'informaticien ou équivalent
  • Vous apportez une expérience confirmée en support IT, notamment sur Windows et Office 365
  • Vous êtes compétent.e en gestion de problèmes sur divers systèmes d'exploitation
  • Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre esprit d'équipe
  • Vous maitrisez le français et l'allemand
