We are currently on the lookout for the newest addition to our specialised and world-class Turnaround & Restructuring team. Our team advises top corporate executives on how to maximise shareholder value by providing our clients with the full scope of Deloitte’s vast restructuring expertise. As a Manager, you will get an opportunity to work directly with clients on projects in key Swiss industries. Perhaps you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working to reduce costs by re-structuring the legal entity of a global client. Or maybe you’ll be joining us as we implement a shareholder’s strategy to exit certain markets.

 How you can make an impact

  • Work alongside a dedicated core team to 'own' our clients’ challenges and to meet their needs with practical hands-on solutions
  • Support your senior colleagues as they advise our clients’ management and other stakeholders
  • Cooperate with colleagues from tax & legal, audit and consulting to develop sophisticated solutions that include finance, legal, tax, HR or operating aspects
  • Share your ideas, enthusiasm, and investigative insights to drive our projects forward
  • Contribute to business development, marketing initiatives and practice development activities

 Who are we looking for

  • You are a curious generalist with a “can do” attitude, eager to embrace new opportunities and generate results for our clients
  • Passion for professional growth and interest in working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Master’s degree or close to completion of an advanced academic programme with special focus on finance, banking, business administration, accounting, economics or law 
  • 3+ years’ work experience in a strategy, transformation, or management consulting environment
  • Fluency in English and German with knowledge of financial terminology and lingo
