Trainee Marketing Communication

 

Männerdorf, Zurich

 

Your contribution

 

As a Marketing Communication Trainee at Tecan, you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal communication activities, ensuring a steady flow of relevant and engaging content to our global workforce. Collaborating closely with colleagues from various departments and external providers, you will assist in:

 

  • Collating, proofreading, and checking approvals on communication content
  • Uploading and scheduling publication of intranet news articles, and other content, using the Asana project management tool
  • Managing SharePoint content, including templates and performance monitoring, in line with the editorial plan
  • Supporting internal communication campaigns through active engagement on Viva Exchange and other channels
  • Organizing resources and supporting in logistics and technical aspects of video production/live streaming/MS Teams meetings
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality project execution

    

Your background

  • University degree (BA or MA) in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent, or currently pursuing
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders from different departments and seniority levels
  • Excellent English language skills required; proficiency in German or other languages advantageous
  • Proficiency in editing and proofreading content in English
  • Experience with digital publication platforms and editorial processes preferred
  • Previous experience in internal communication is a strong plus
  • Videography/photography skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
