Your contribution

By working closely with the Director Sustainability & Corporate Communications, you will support Tecan’s sustainability reporting, data management and communications. Responsibilities will include:

• Support completion of sustainability reporting via platforms including UNGC, EcoVadis, CDP, S&P CSA, and WDI
• Monitor and manage current ESG ratings by agencies including MSCI, ISS and Sustainalytics
• Support further development of the sustainability data management processes, and data collection  
• Develop sustainability communications for internal social media and events within Tecan

Your background

• Ongoing studies in a field relevant to sustainability (Bachelor or Master)
• Initial work experience in the area of sustainability, including communications and project management 
• Solid knowledge of Greenhouse Gas Protocol, understanding ESG rating systems and recent sustainability related legislation would be considered a plus.
• Skilled in communications, data management and reporting
• Fluent English skills, German would be an asset
• Collaborative and proactive personality
• You take the initiative, you have a goal-oriented mindset
