Einen versierten, abschlussorientierten und kommunikationsstarken Verkaufsprofi, der den StartUp-Groove liebt, die Digitalisierung als Chance sieht und voller Energie und Tatendrang steckt.
 

Aufgaben

  • Qualifizierung & Terminierung von Leads
  • Telefonakquise (warm)
  • Pipelinemanagement im CRM
  • Vorbereiten und Führen von Kundengesprächen
  • Abschlussorientierte Gesprächsführung


Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Mind. 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf und der Neukundenakquise
  • Verbindliches Auftreten gepaart mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Hohes Mass an Organisationsvermögen, Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Verhandlungssicher in Schweizer-Deutsch


Grosses Plus

  • Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse der Schweizer Immobilienbranche
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Akquise von Mandaten
