Suite au succès du précédent recrutement flash, nous avons le plaisir de relancer notre appel à rejoindre nos équipes parascolaires Avec un nombre croissant de parents faisant appel au parascolaire, nous sommes à la recherche d'animateurs.trices dynamiques pour encadrer des enfants âgés de 4 à 12 ans au quotidien. Si vous êtes prêt.e à vous engager pour un minimum de 2 midis par semaine pour des remplacements ou 4 midis par semaine pour un poste fixe, alors vous êtes la personne que nous recherchons

Entrée en fonction immédiate au terme du processus de recrutement.

Déroulement de la journée de recrutement

Accueil des candidats.es de 09h à 16h â non-stop

Lieu : Salle des fêtes - Rue Ancienne 37- 1227 Carouge

Prévoir 2h sur place pour lâanalyse du dossier et un 1er entretien

Si votre candidature est retenue, vous aurez l'opportunité de participer à une séance d'information obligatoire, prévue le 25 avril 2024 à 14h ou le 26 avril 2024 à 9h. Cette séance est cruciale car elle permettra de fixer la date de votre journée de stage sur le terrain.

Votre profil

Vous devez impérativement répondre aux critères suivants :

Niveau post obligatoire terminé (type CFC, ECG, Maturité ou équivalent) ou expérience professionnelle (minimum 2 ans) dans le domaine socio-éducatifBonne maîtrise du français oral et écrit (niveau B2 minimal requis)Avoir entre 18 ans révolus et 64 ansNationalité suisse ou permis valableAvoir la capacité et la volonté de travailler activement en équipePouvoir consommer quotidiennement la nourriture de la restauration collectiveRésider sur le Canton de Genève ou dans un rayon de 15 km maximumÃtre disponible au minimum 2 midis par semaine pour des remplacements ou 4 midis pour un poste d'animateur.trice fixe

Rémunération et horaires :

Tarif horaire : 25.40 frs par heure 10% indemnités vacances

11h00 à 13h40, en travaillant tous les midis (lundi, mardi, jeudi et vendredi), le taux dâactivité est de 26.25%Selon les besoins : 15h30 à 18h05 en travaillant tous les midis et après-midi, le taux dâactivité est de 53.75%
